If Angeal and Lannister can't be heads of the Task Force, then why not get two others on the Task Force to lead it instead? What about Shinra? What about Princess Zelda and Prince?
Either way, there is nothing neither good nor bad in this world unless you give it that name. Look around you; no one's perfect. No one's going to be a perfectly good person. Stripping someone of their title because of an argument, because of doubt, is stupid.
