[He sighs, out of breath.]

If you're outside tell me where you are. Everyone needs to go inside, either to the Sanctuary or the Lux -

"Roxas!"

[A pause.]

Axel? You idiot, what are you doing out here? [Mumbled:] You sure pick a funny time to show yourself.

"I came back for you, partner."


[The communicator clatters to the ground and the video post turns on: all that can be seen are two sets of feet, one in black boots and one in sneakers. And then there's a flash of red, fire, as it streams past the camera. Roxas yells and a foot collides with the communicator, turning it off.]

[Instead os saying anything, there's a portal appearing behind the boys and out she comes. Once she sees the damage to Roxas, her eyes go wide and she rushes forward.]

This.. this isn't 'okay'.

[He looks up from the sofa and winces at the look she gives, moving over to let her sit beside him.]

I know. I'm sorry.

[Sits down on the floor beside the couch, tears in her eyes.]

I'm going to do it. I'm going to learn how to heal first, and then..

I'm going to be strong enough to help you! I promise, Roxas.

[He reaches out and touches her shoulder.]

Sit with me. I'll be okay, it's not so bad.

I.. I'm just worried..

[Slowly she nods, that touch enough to get her nestled beside him on the couch. She wants to be close, to comfort when she can't heal.]

I-It's okay.. we'll get you better.

[He actually laughs a little, and he's smiling.]

I'm not worried about myself! I'm fine. I'm fine. [He smiles a little more.] I'll be okay. Just a few hours rest, and I'll be good.

Have you had a potion? [Yes, she's fussing. :3 One of her hands catches his.] You should have a couple. Then you'll be all better.

[Manages a tiny smile.]

You didn't have to see this. It'll heal quick...

[Her eyes are wide, as she's a little incredulous. It sounds like he wants to make Rapunzel out of her, in a way and it confuses her.]

[His voice falters, and now he's unsure, but he really doesn't want to see tears in her eyes again]

Roxas can pull through this stuff, I just...didn't want you to be afraid.

[But she doesn't look afraid, just maybe a little disappointed in him for thinking she should be sheltered away from this, and so he comes up guiltily when she reaches for him, taking her hand and perching up on the couch arm.]

I'm not afraid, Riqis. [Sighs softly, pulling him gently by the warm off the arm of the couch and beside her onto it. her hand continues to hold onto his arm loosely.]

I'm worried. We have to stick together. Whatever this is, I want to be here, even if I can't heal the hurt.
